Hi, I'm Ankit — a UCC & ProAV engineer with years of hands-on experience across Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco, Crestron, Biamp, video conferencing and the wider Pro AV stack.
Alongside the day job, I've been creating niche UCC & ProAV content on LinkedIn for a while. Over time it grew into a broader reach of 50K+ industry decision-makers every month.
What I didn't expect was this: the most frequent messages and emails I started receiving weren't about tech — they were from talented, hardworking professionals looking for jobs and from companies trying to find focused UCC talent in a sea of generic CVs.
I tried the obvious route first — a LinkedIn group, a WhatsApp group, a Telegram channel — and quickly grew it past 100+ talented professionals. But it just didn't serve the purpose. Conversations got lost, jobs got buried, and there was no real way for companies to discover the right people.

On a personal note, building this also let me dive deep into modern AI tools and live through a full SaaS product lifecycle — something that's always fascinated me. The AI revolution makes it possible to build things we once only imagined, but it still takes pure will, sheer dedication and a real commitment to learn, grow and lift our peers along the way.
